How to Implement Hot Spots

I'm glad that you shared those, because I think that the tendency can be for people to put down all of their commitments as their hot spots. But that's not necessarily a good indication of a hot spot, in my opinion. So if you're going to implement the hot spots, I guess my advice is to not just look at it through the lens of what, but really go back to the Simon Sinek book, the why. What are the different areas that I want to make sure that I account for? Those are the things that are really important.
