The Importance of Assessment Based Supervision

In assessment supervision, we really need to recalibrate this. We want our students, our supervisees to find their own voice as a therapist. This model is all about taking every point throughout an assessment and assessing where the student or supervisor is in terms of their competence. And then making a conscious decision. Am I going to let them run with it? Or am I going to stop them and teach them?
