Dan Gilbert: There's a concept in the book that i think is, and i think abouthis all the time, the fly wheel affect. That essentially there is this fly wheel, right? Its turning and building moment. All the elements within the organization are kind of joining into that fly wheel and building it up. In creating that kind of greater cinectic energy, a that results in going from good to great. The image i always have is this chicken and an egg, right? You you're looking at an egg, and nothing's happening for a long time,. Then the egg cracks open, and out jumps a chicken.
