Bono Transplants

There have been these so called heterachronic transplants, that is, in animals, where a young tissue like a bone marrow, is transplanted into an older individual. And there does seem to be an improvement of function in that case. But does it last? As the question is that something that a single bone marrow transplanter n asmall number of cells compared to the whole number of cells in the body, is that of transient effect. Over time, the age of the host, the person or the animal receiving the transplant, actually dominates, and the young bone marrow becomes adapted to that older environment.
