We don't have the variety or selection of grapes that you can get in california by any means but i'd rather put one of the grapes that i enjoy into a beer it's really no more or less than that. We're using multiple strains of sauvignon blanc high acidity and then we're selecting a couple of bertana mycis strains from a microbiologist friend of ours over in napa at ets labs which is a wine lab. before and the beer never made it to market it's just got blended awayyou need some napa cabernam I think i knew he was going to get that some real wine yeahYeah yeah not this Alexander
