The Importance of Research Ethics in Medical Schools
I think that the place that would be most influential is medical schools. A lot of physicians have allowed themselves to be bamboozled by the ethicists who say, this is what research ethics is. The general bureaucratization of actually getting anything meaningful done dissuades people from even trying in the first place. There are a lot of them aren't doing research anymore. If they are, it's much harder to get in their way.
