The Supreme Court's Decision on Miffer-Pristone
The court has a self imposed deadline of midnight tonight to decide whether or not it will uphold a series of restrictions on a commonly used abortion pill. The justices could grant the DOJ's request for a stay and return the case back to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to rule on. That would mean there would be no changes to Miffer-Pristone access for now.
