i found the one sec app specifically by forcing me to take a pause every time i wanted to open an app just for a few seconds it just puts up a little loading screen and says do you really want to open twitter or instagram. I was like oh i've been doing this for you know 20 minutes and i'm throwing my life away on these apps maybe i should go do literally anything else so i think the meditation sucked i did.
