I Hate Icebreakers

When Monica was a resident assistant at UMass, she had never met any of her fellow RA's before. On the first day of training, an Asian man in Daisy Dukes and a tank top came over to introduce himself as he eavesdropped on other students. "I have a very good memory and I'm really good with names and faces," says Monica about icebreakers.
