How to Write a Book About a Mental Illness

Howard Kurtz's new book is about a man with schizophrenia. All of the characters are named after people from the Czech Republic. The author says he wanted to give his story a Scandinavian flavor. He hopes it will sell well in eastern Europe where most of the novel takes place.
