Do You Know How Much Protein Do You Need?

For the time being, i i the evidence points to 30 ish to 50 ish grams a day per of protein, per meal. If you can get that in at least three times in the day, then you're beginning to to hedge your bets towards maximizing an abolism. And if you can get it to four times a day, then, hey, maybe even better. Total daily amount of protein would be at the the top level, top of the hierarchy, and then the timing and distribution of the constituent doses would be a a distant secondary concern.
