How to Set Your Intention for the Day
Last week we explored how in a meditation and coming into presence we can begin to just ask ourselves what really matters. And we also began exploring how we can set our intention for the day. There's a real power to bringing intention into the light of awareness that actually gives us choice. An awareness itself is the healer. Just noticing will help you come more and more into having intention be a real compass of the heart.
