Back Pain and Directional Preference in Primary Care
Mackenzie has never claimed t treat all back pains. He never had, he never has, never did. But there's a significant the largest proportion of back pains have some form of directional preference that you can manage and work with. And they have a good prognosis if you predicate your treatment on that. If i can make the pain move from the periphera into the middle, down the leg again and then back out of the leg again, than that is di scagetic pain almost 100 % of time. So we are so invo to be very, very clear about that. I use the repeated movement testing in order to identify a sub group who are rapid respondes.
