It's a lot different to automate for software, i've always said,. in software you can change things queerly quickly and then the impact needs to happen in the softwareas well. But when you're helping or like the your success teams do things in the physical world, getting that data is immensely helpful. And so i can see that it's actually building a better work experience too, for your agents - because they're more, i guess, in their domain, experts, exactly.
