How to Strengthen Your Shoulder Rotations

If you can do 10 reps of that with five kilos, like get the alarm belt. If you're doing 15 kilos or more, super power, that's something you do really, really well. That don't need to either train it much more or keep it up. Seated shoulder rotations is a good exercise if you look for seated shoulder rotations. It effectively strengthens the position where you're trying to pull your body into the wall and provide force going out to wall and body into the walls.
