How to Build an Open Source Company

All of our products are open source. Our end goal is to build a networking primitive that is able to make use of scale. It's also to augment existing API gateways, like on-way and Encom and all these other guys. We knew it wasn't a solved problem, right? And so if we were going to be the first people to solve it...it really just made sense to us.
