How to Slowly Add Calories Back Into Your Diet
To create fat loss, you need a slight deficit. But if you remain in too low of a deficit for too long of a period, your body wants to protect you. So it slows your metabolism and doesn't allow you to put on muscle. If you suspect that part of your problem is you have restricted calories for so long, and you're afraid of gaining weight, i'm going to put a link to r an episode that i did about reverse dieting.
