Leadership principles are woven into every important process that the company does. This is past the, you know, the person has the skills. Now we're trying to figure out if they're a good fit for amazon. Ye, the functional skills, especial for things like softer engineers, dated scientists, lawyers, thou thos, certainly important. Each company can have a different way to vet those.
