The Fed's Decision to Raise Rates in July
I think this was a political move. I think Powell cut a deal with the rest of the FOMC. He just didn't want to raise rates with a bunch of dissents and then have to go through that agreement. That wishy-washy came through in the press conference. And I think the market interpreted that as they're not committed to continuing to raise rates.
