The Importance of Positive Thinking in Interviews
When you're in an interview explaining your own background, just keep it like really positive. One of the key pieces of advice I give to folks going through our associate process if they're not from the traditional software investment banking processes is: Don't make the mistake of underselling what you have to offer. Every knowledge is valuable. So, you know, stay confident about the value that you can bring.
