The Interface Challenges
The idea of having one culture globally is fading away and instead we're going to see heterogeneous cultures. That also means back to the second part that we need to unpack, that we have interface challenges. So a kind of hierarchy above or below these dots, these pockets, I think that's the interface. We need that to make sure that we can make our pockets, our dots, run in the same direction and we're in the same speed.
