Can You See the Milky Way at Lotabit?

The milky way is best seen deep into the night when we're in the earth's shadow, and you can't see the sun at all. The zodiacal light, as you say, has to reflect the light of the sun. And so if the sun is on the other side of the earth, it's like midnight or something, or deep in the morning then you're not gong to be able to see any of this. Actually, you can see a little bit, sometimes. You can see alittle bit of it that reflects back from the other direction.
