Is There a Lawsuit for BDS?

There are anti BDS laws in many states across the country. Steven Salida, who was a professor, got fired over tweets that were totally reasonable about Israel bombing Gaza. Norman Finkelstein couldn't get a job in academia because of what he has written and said. He's not just Jewish, but his parents survived the Holocaust. What are we really talking about here? This is extreme censorship. And yeah, it's like the number one issue legally speaking. Maybe it's tied with like the anti protesting laws that a lot of red states have. I think there were over 20 Republican states that had like literal anti protesting laws when there were, you know, the George Floyd protests. But
