So you're in a world where whenever you use antibiotics, you're creating the opportunity for basically super bugs to develop - which can then spread. Yes, absolutely. This is a real problem on a personal level, but on a community level, if this continues to happen,. Obviously, bacteria can be disseminated by the bacteria that's part of our normal flora, and spread via fecal contamination. But in many countries, that simply doesn't exist.
