Miss Canned Beams' Coded Language

Detective John Lee Moskowitz was invited to a party by Miss Canned Beams. She told him there's going to be an explosion of a surprise tonight. He had no idea what she could have meant, but ignored the coded language and focused on the words surprise and joke. The only other person he knew at this party was Miss Cannedbeams' partner, Ray Tuna.
