Um, I'm Not Going to Put Up a Cider This Year
This year is almost even just like the performance of a ritual more than it's like I need cider. Um, I have plenty of cider to trade. I don't know how it's measured. Forgive me bottles or barrels or whatever. He only ferment in 59 gallon, wooden, like oak barrels. And he usually put up like three to five a year,. But this year, "I'm only going to put up one because I have three from last year that I didn't bottle"
