i have a philosophy in my own cells organization, which is, my team is not going t able to sell anything unless they, in fact, are sold themselves. And so i don't spend a lot of time trying to teach salespeople how to sell the product. What i find is that if you hire good talent and you sell them on the value that that product creates, they're going to take that message and they're gong to articulate it authenically, passionately. If they don't understand what they're selling, no amount of scripting will be effective.
