The Final Walkthrough of a Home Closing
A final walkthrough is done three days before closing to make sure that all of the repairs have been made. If for any reason there is a significant repair that didn't happen, you still have those three days to try to negotiate something and find a solution. You then show up to your title company or wherever you agree to sign documents on the day of signing.
