Extreme poverty is pushing people towards human traffickers voluntarily. Back in the UK, Sonia Equarimadu is still seeking a kidney donor as her parents languish in jail. Christian church leaders tell us fighting traffickers was easier with home office funding, but that's dried up. As for Nigeria's official anti-trafficking body, NAPTIP, they've helped convict over faulty human traffickers so far this year - but are plagued by corruption within their own ranks.
