Everybody for secondary prevention under the age of 75 is recommended for a high intensy staton. The goal is to reduce l d l by 50%. And then the gilins now have added back thresholds. These are thresholds to ad on non staten therapy, but they're not a target. So if you have a, you know, one of these major events or multiply risk conditions, we want to be even more aggressive with their therapy.
