When to Ask for Help
I can get kind of stubborn, right? And I know a lot of coders can be the same. When I'm working on a problem, my mind will not stop until I figure it out. So what I'm doing now before I reach out for help is I'm trying to time box how long I struggle. If you ask for help sooner rather than later, they'll walk you through what their thought process is. The value of being a senior engineer is just having seen it before.
