When I borrowed money from the bank to buy my house, the bank said, if you don't pay it back, I'm going to take your house in them to sell your house and that will settle the loan. So it doesn't seem unreasonable that the Chinese are using that kind of collateral. We probably are taking the same attitude we had with the West to this negotiation table. The Chinese were just coming straight. What do you want? You said you want three billion, you want four billion, we are willing to give to you in return.
