What's the Point of This Peace Plan?
CNN's John Defterios talks to Roland Francis about the peace plan from China. He says there is no sense if you read this at all that there has been an affront to the international order. But in many ways, he adds, blandness is an acceptance of the status quo. The big question now is whether or not it is acceptable for the West to back Russia on the war and give them weapons.
