Sub Stack - The About Page Is Really Important
Set up the expectation from the very beginning there's an about page on sub stack and the about page is really important. If you have a very strong manifesto from the outset what you're setting out to do which isn't being done anywhere else people are more likely to go I'm gonna pay and support this person because I really believe in what they're doing as opposed to a traditional newsletter. People want the want to know what your heart and soul is and that's what people pay for is at a fit, he says.
