Are the Energy Companies Helpful?
Helen, have you had a good experience or a bad experience with your power company? Do they understand not only the financial problem, but do they see that you have other issues? It depends on we hovr companyed, rightiimen without mentioning names, because that might be unfair. Is there something that you can make sure you're on, so when you call up, they recognize that there is an issue and you don't hae to go through the same problem each time? Or does that not work?
