Eventual Consistency Isn't Consistent in Real Time

NoSQL vendors basically promulgated the idea that we'll make the database eventually consistent, but it isn't consistent in real time. So if you run replicas with eventual consistency, meaning you don't guarantee acid for your replicas, then you risk garbage the database. Vault doesn't do that. You've got to make sure, in my opinion, the right way to deal with replicas is to say acid is the answerreplicas are in fact consistent.
