Is California Manufacturing Cheaper Insulin?
The idea of a state manufacturing, like the government making medicine, it just, it's hard for my brain to compute. California is one of the states that is very much interested in pursuing that. Governor Gavin Newsom has put a lot of his political capital into this plan. The long term vision would be to have California actually build and own its own factories that produce insulin where they would employ their own civil workforce.
