Leslie: I always think that community builders have their little origin stories. And mine was that my family moved from brazil, where i was born, to new york when i was ten. So 10 is like, i don't o for me, it was a really formative age. When i first started working, i was in sales, but i think that the way i approached a sales roll was very much community. It's all about having conversations, being really curious about people, conflict resolution, making sure every one's on the same page.
