Is B2B Different From B2C?

Business users really don't want stuff to change very much when they're using a tool for their day to day business. And I've actually seen some people say that sort of B2B and B2C themselves are very different, but that within those, you should be able to transfer quite seamlessly. But then if you have knowledge and understanding how to deal with businesses or your customers, it's probably much easier to transfer them across to a different industry.
