The Importance of Co-Production in the NHS
Co-production increases accountability and of course you can't get that without trust. We need to be asking ourselves first is what is the purpose of general practice? And now evaluate what we've been doing. The evidence suggests that it does reduce pressure on primary care. But secondary care was inconclusive, but some reporter studies did show a reduction. It's also really imagining the way that we're talking about this and the evidence.
