Investing in the Recovery Phase
After the recovery phase is the expansion phase, which is also usually the longest part of the business cycle. This growth period is typically four times longer then the contraction periods. As it gets easier for people to again, like the recovery phase, most investment strategies are starting to go well again. Although although the arbitrage opportunities for buying hold investors can be more difficult to land because suddenly there's so much cheap capital and that leads people to jump into the to compete over the same deals.
