How to Get a Handle on a New Position?
I love that contrast between what is in our own head and what needs to be communicated and emphasized over again. He was a great one I think about the people that I work for at Amazon, he seemed to get the most energy from teaching as well. There are very few that have had as many diverse roles even within Amazon as you have had. Are there any pieces of advice or tips that you would give to other professionals maybe jumping into a brand new position? Yes, I use the same approach almost every time I rotate it.
