What Is the Problem With Bank Restrictions?
People don't lose confidence or realize what's happening until they're putting obvious restrictions. Once we have a banqeran, once everyone tries to get their money out of the same time, people go wild. This is why i try to explain people wo have a tragedy. I know it's not always easy, but we have the ability moving assets from count to the other,. Hopefully some other financial system, some other country. That is a big leverage, is a huge tool for when something like this happens.
