nick: I love this idea about treating the company party as if it's another meeting. Go in with a plan, ye, well and and e, especially if you have one or two connections that you're trying to trying to create. i've seen some people who are doing very well in their career mess it all up by becoming sloppy drunk and being really stupid. Oh, not become, sorry, bags may not xpect not became yoops. But we've seen people mess things up.
