How to Run a Good Bookstore
We are the largest and last actually remaining surviving largest substantial book chain in the United States. Explain how you're managing to do this because at your point whether it's the sort of pre-pandemic concern I think about people reading at all if the changes in how people choose to read more digitization versus traditional books. It is about sort of making individual bookstores feel independent but also giving autonomy back to those that run them.
