You can use this data as a basis for designing your day so that you can take advantage of those times when your attention is at its peak. And you also know when your attention isn't a trough. So don't waste those peak times for doing email and certainly don't waste them doing social media, but you've got those mental resources. You can utilize them and utilize them for creativity. That's when you're thinking is at its top.
