My method is a fairly simple, it's a six step process that starts with user research and competitive research and sort of environmental research. Then there's a second step which deals with the quick visualization of the system. And the last but not least is applying and calibrating lenses for that ecosystem. So we've talked about legislation. Legislation is a lens that you can apply to a service ecosystem in order to gain insight. If you care about the products that are in the ecosystem, you can apply a product lens.
