And they could also find a similarly powerful effect size, a link between eating potatoes and mental health. So the more you ate potatoes, the more anxious and depressed you were. It was literally at the same level of correlation as the link between technology and anxiety and depression. Now all that to say, i don't think that rules out the fact or the possibility, that could be a strong link.
