How Do You Work With Your Ddotted Line Reports?
i'm 25 and i work at a marketing agency, so everyone's pretty young. The oldest person in my whole company would probably be like 50. My direct reports are only one year younger than the rit. So it's is kind of a mind to think about the fact that i'm this person's manager. I've always been a type of person within my friend group that really liked to kind of help people out.
