If the ANA is positive, that's gonna kind of cage how you look at the biopsy. And all of these things will help the pathologist work towards a pathologic diagnosis if you can feed them these laboratory results. That's where I kinda do primary versus secondary. You'll pick up some of that. Even like a minimal change disease, you're gonna think about, could this be secondary to a lymphoma that I haven't picked up? Is this secondary to the NSAIDs that they're taking that you go back into a second review of systems and really ask them about over-the-counter NSAID use?
